August 2025 - Paint With A Pro was so popular it will be offered again on August 14. Call the Gallery at 941-778-6648 to register. Featured artist is Cheryl Sudbury-Buerger. See her personal Gallery here. Island Gallery has been nominated for their Small Business & Non-profit of the Year award! Residents from Water's Edge of Bradenton (senior living) came out for a special guided tour of the Gallery. Come visit us, we are always adding new art and gifts!

July 2025 - Christmas in July at the Gallery! A new gallery layout, more art and now a unique collection of handmade gift items. Visit us Tuesday through Saturday in the month of July to experience art that celebrates community, creativity and the magic of any holiday well before the season officially arrives.

June 2025 - Island Gallery will be remodeling this summer! We also have art displayed at Arts Advocates Gallery at the Crossings/Siesta Key Mall on Tamiami Trail and Siesta Key Drive, June through August. Hours are Saturdays, 2-4 pm. Opening reception June 7 at 2 pm.

May 2025 - Two featured artists Carol Farkas (jewelry) and Jody Goldman (animal/wildlife paintings). Our May exhibit at Palma Sola Botanical Gardens. Guest Artist Reen Troy. Gallery artist David Tejada to speak at Arts Advocates on May 27, 4-6 pm, "The Art of Seeing and Developing a Creative Eye." Link to the event.

April 2025 - BAMfest is April 5! Two of our artists will be painting live; last First Friday of the season; featured artist Dawn Gerardot; monthly art raffle; Art Demos, Classes and Critique Corner. Many colorful examples of Dawn's art!
